Delays, Multiple mistakes on legal document. Failure to follow our instruction. On one occasion, Winston kept funds that was allocated for the courts.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this firm for any matters. We are now pursuing the appropriate regulatory, and seeking professional negligence claim against them

We had a issue that needed urgent attention whereby a third party needed the rule of law set out formally, Winston did this perfectly, cant fault him.

View this review on GoogleWinston only cared about the money, he doesn’t pay attention to the details, makes mistakes. Had to keep ringing him then contact him by email, no responses. He doesn’t know what he’s doing. He didn’t follow the case through to ACAS conciliation as agreed. He wanted to charge £950 to do the tribunal application.
