⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Sale Completed in Just Two Weeks!
I cannot thank my solicitor Muhammad Awais enough for the exceptional service I received during the sale of my property. From start to finish, they were professional, proactive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout what turned out to be a complex transaction.
The sale involved numerous enquiries from the buyer’s solicitor, including management company issues, deeds of covenant, title restrictions, indemnity policies, lender requirements, and various legal documents that needed to be obtained and reviewed. Despite these challenges, my solicitor worked tirelessly to keep the transaction moving forward and ensured that every enquiry was dealt with promptly and efficiently.
What impressed me most was their communication. I was kept informed at every stage, and whenever I had concerns or questions, they responded quickly and clearly. They took the time to explain complicated legal matters in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the process.
Thanks to their dedication, persistence, and attention to detail, they managed to achieve what many would consider impossible progressing the sale and getting it ready to complete in just two weeks. Their ability to coordinate with the buyer’s solicitor, lender, developer, management company, and all other parties involved was truly impressive.

We were working against a very tight deadline as our bridging loan repayment date was fast approaching, so time was of the essence.
