Bernadette was so pleasant and could not have been more helpful. Really impressed, and BRM will certainly be the first place I turn to if I need a solicitor in future.

I was told I would receive a follow-up email to proceed — that never arrived. No email, no call back. I then phoned again and spoke to the department head’s assistant, who said he would call me back. He never did.
The lack of communication and basic follow-up is shocking. I’ve wasted time chasing them instead of getting any actual help. I also have friends currently mid-way through cases with this firm who are now planning to leave because of similar issues.
Slow, disorganised, and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.
