I recently sold my late mothers property, I used Breens in waterloo merseyside.
I dealt with Louise Drewry she was outstanding she helped me through every step and was always available, it was a very emotional time for me but Louise showed me empathy, and took the stress out of dealing with my mums late estate.
I would definitely not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The firm has always been friendly and very approachable with a personal touch via the front desk. Contact with the teams is effective with response times to queries really quick. A really big advantage is the ability to speak with someone in person, unlike many solicitors today, who only interact via online contact forms.
All emails received from our Breens solicitors contain a direct line phone number which is really great.
Debbie heads up the conveyancing department and Natalie and Sarah are really efficient, managing the process really well and keeping us informed throughout.
Josh took on the task of arranging our Wills. He is very knowledgeable and took us through the process step by step. The turnaround time for the completed Wills was just a matter of days.
Breens professional rates are extremely competitive and excellent value for the services received.
