From start to finish, Kath & her team were extremely professional. The portal worked really well as it allowed us to upload documents as and when we located them.
I was kept informed throughout the process and the team were quick to answer any questions I had. Their clear communication and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout.
As we were the end of the chain we expected issues and delays along the way but I saw nothing to give me any cause for concern — the entire deal was successfully completed in less than three months, which far exceeded my expectations.
