In my opinion, the approach taken throughout my case seemed to prioritise conflict over constructive resolution. Rather than working towards practical, child-focused solutions where possible, the process felt unnecessarily adversarial, resulting in increased delay, stress and legal costs.
I found communication to be slow and frustrating, and I was left feeling that reasonable opportunities to narrow the issues and resolve matters were repeatedly missed. As someone going through one of the most difficult periods of my life, I expected a more pragmatic and proportionate approach.
Family law should ultimately be about helping families and, most importantly, protecting the best interests of the child. Unfortunately, that was not how my experience felt. Instead, I was left with the impression that the litigation became more drawn out than it needed to be, with significant emotional and financial consequences.
This is, of course, my personal experience and opinion, but based on that experience I would not recommend this firm to anyone facing family proceedings. If you are looking for solicitors who prioritise early resolution, constructive communication and practical problem-solving, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

If you want a solicitors to take advantage of somebody at their most vulnerable, they are the firm for you! Every phone call or simple enquiry regarding a simple question or two in between the divorce process, expect an extortionate invoice to hit you at the end of the month when times are hard. No understanding, no empathy and quite frankly rude and abrupt. They claim to ‘not take advantage’ when someone is at their lowest, but that is exactly what they do. Need to instruct another solicitor, spent thousands and still no where near settlement and they do not take payment off the final settlement. Every minute is a charge + VAT. Not personable in the slightest.
