The whole buying process took only 3 months (I'm a mortgage buy), the process was seamless, the communication was smooth and clear, and the experience was great! Yousouf and Vincent were helpful, responsive, and able to answer your queries. I don't think there is a better conveyancer out there.

This is the second time I have used them,
The first time for a re mortgage which was swiftly done. I was extremely pleased with speed at which they worked at.
The second time was working on a buy to let deal.
They were always on the ball and updating me about any developments. Although the deal didn't go through in the end due to the seller changing his mind which was disappointing but this was at no fault of Boyes Sutton & Perry.
I have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them my friends and family. J.C
