We have used Bower and Bailey 3 times now and have been delighted with their competence and efficiency. We were looked after by Victoria Bullard and her secretary Lindsey Geddis who kept us well informed every step of the way. A huge thank you ladies for making these experiences stress free. Will definitely use Bower and Bailey again if needed.
View this review on GoogleWe were nervous first-time buyers and completed in 3.5 months (including 2 weeks of Christmas closure, ~2 weeks of agent's delays, and a few weeks of delay by surveyor). We felt very confident in the communications we received from Victoria and Lindsey. If something did not go correctly (due to other solicitors or agents in the chain), we were kept apprised. Thank you very much for helping us buy our first home!
