Efficient and friendly with an eye to detail and positive attitude. Tom saw through the serving of a section 21 notice to quit from start to finish including hand delivering documents and dealing with tenants in my absence on holiday and keeping me fully informed during this time.

Early on in the 21 minute free consultation Mark advised me that I could find a solicitor closer to my home, searched to find the most suitable near me and then discussed the matter with me for a further 15 minutes to ensure I understood the legal basis, at his request.
He genuinely wanted to help and has done so brilliantly.
Every other firm i spoke to failed to explain the matter to me as clearly or patiently.
