Excellent service throughout the conveyancing process. Communication was clear and prompt, and everything was explained in a professional and straightforward way. They kept us updated at each stage and handled the transaction efficiently, helping to make what can be a stressful process much smoother. I would happily recommend them to anyone needing conveyancing services.

View this review on GoogleTo be fair when you manage to speak with the team, they are seem nice the challenge is getting hold of anyone is extremely difficult and always give excuses. No accountability. This is the 5 time using Solicitors for selling and purchasing property over the past 20 years. By far this is at the lower end of scale for ease, communication and being kept in the loop. There is no portal or app to keep track so you need to rely on direct communication which is at best below average.
All previous Solicitors i have used provide a completion pack with everything detailed, unfortunately Botrills don't and 3 months after moving i emailed to find out if I would receive a completion pack, I was informed once Land registration had taken place. 13 months after completion, I emailed again for the registration documents, only to be told it was posted yo me already (which we surprisingly never received)
And they don't do any completion packs or finalised documentation.
So needless to say... there are other options out there.

They kept us regularly informed and dealt with our questions and issues very promptly. They dealt with a few ‘hitches’ and kept things moving throughout the process. For the work involved their fees were very reasonable. Will use them again.
View this review on GoogleI recently engaged with Bottrills to act as solicitors for a property sale and purchase, i was working very closely with Mahriya Jahangir, who i have to say was excellent.
Bottrills supported with both a sale and purchase of a property and everything happened in a timely way, and i was updated regularly on any issues that were found with the onward property and advise around what actions i needed to take.
Worth mentioning, Mahriya and her team went above and beyond, often taking calls in the evenings due to my availability and responding to emails swiftly also. Even 4 weeks later with my account being closed, they are still responding in a timely way around some queries i had and some documents i couldn't locate. I would highly recommend them for a property transaction
