Think carefully before using Bond Turner if you are involved in a non-fault accident claim.
My experience with Bond Turner has been extremely disappointing. Instead of making the claims process easier, it became stressful, confusing and unnecessarily time-consuming.
Throughout my claim, I was repeatedly asked to reconnect my bank accounts through Open Banking and provide further information while my vehicle remained off the road for months. I fully cooperated with every request, but communication was poor, and I often had to chase for updates myself.
As a customer, I felt that the process focused more on administration than on resolving my situation and getting me back on the road. There was very little reassurance, and I was left dealing with uncertainty while relying on my vehicle for my livelihood.
If you are considering using an accident management company, my advice is to read every agreement carefully, understand exactly what you are signing, ask questions about how your personal and financial information will be used, and research all available options before making a decision.
A non-fault accident is already stressful enough. Based on my own experience, I would not choose this process again and hope others take the time to make an informed decision before proceeding.

View this review on GoogleDonot join this firm for your house disrepair they donot tell you the truth or help they changed 3 solicitors in mount of 2 years and none of them had a clue about my case and at the end they taking 50% + fees of ur case aisles it’s no win no fee they said yes and then when it come to court they say if we lose you have to pay. They are rip off company and vet incompetent in very disappointed from a £1000 offer I walked with £100 . They are not good at all think before you let your case in their. Incapable hands .they are not profit and they don’t care .
