I had the worst experience with this firm a years ago when Ben Giles represented me. I felt misrepresented throughout the process and it made an already difficult situation extremely stressful and traumatic. I even had to change lawyers in the middle of the trial. In my opinion and based on my experience, I wouldn’t advise anyone to be represented here unless they’ve done their research first

I have been looked after by a friendly and supportive lady. I can't thank her enough! Also Deepa handled the conveyancing process and she too was awesome. Anything I needed, she didn't hesitate. The purchase of our new home went very well indeed. This company is amazing. The staff are very dedicated and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

They were incredibly knowledgeable, quick to reply to any emails or phones calls and were very friendly and supportive and made the whole process a lot less stressful.
We are both hugely appreciative and hope to work with you again in the future and would highly recommend to everyone.
View this review on GoogleFriends recommended Bobbetts Mackan to us and I am so glad they did. Deepa handled the sale of our flat and purchase of our new home, and she was outstanding throughout. It was quite a stressful time (unavoidable delays plus a baby on the way) but Deepa helped us navigate at every turn and nothing was ever too much trouble. When I consider the service we received from her next to that of other solicitors we've used, there really is no comparison. Needless to say I would not hesitate in recommending their services and Deepa in particular.

As novices, they really helped explain each stage in understandable language and we felt they went above and beyond and had our best interests in mind. Any emails or calls we made were responded to the same day and they were always there to answer any questions we had. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
