This company acted on behalf of my partner for conveyancing. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this firm at all!
They made many mistakes, that we had to call out. Gave us bad advice on our mortgage which caused problems, made basic arithmetic mistakes on the CONTRACTS, very slow to pass the buyers enquiries on to us.
All In all very disappointing, and we are both genuinely concerned about what mistakes have been made by our "conveyancer" at Blackhurst Budd that we dont know of, and what issues this might cause for us in the future.
We will be filing a formal complaint!
Save yourself the hassle and AVOID for conveyancing!
View this review on GoogleYou often hear the bad stories around solicitors and conveyancers. Chelsie has been a breath of fresh air. Simple legal advice, contactable and incredibly prompt with responses. Couldn’t recommend her enough and I have done to some of my own clients and the feedback has all been the same. Thanks Chelsie
View this review on GoogleI have worked with Blackhurst Budd for many years and their service is exemplary. I mainly deal with Briony and Julie -Anne and they are responsive, keep our interests at the forefront and are very easy and friendly to deal with. Highly recommended. View this review on GoogleWe have just sold our house with Blackhurst Budd, it was a great experience. They kept us informed all the way, Lisa Hollamby and Jenny McPhee were so helpful, and made the experience stress free. It was fantastic that the exchange and completion happened so quickly at the end, we are very grateful. thanks.

Briony and Julie with whom I dealt, regarding a commercial lease, very friendly, super efficient and informative throughout the process. Will definitely use again.
