I cannot thank Bhatia Best Solicitors enough, particularly Scott Laing and Stacey Mole, for the outstanding service they provided.
From the outset they dealt with my case promptly, professionally and with genuine care. Communication was exceptional throughout. I was kept fully informed at every stage, emails were answered quickly, and everything was explained clearly and patiently, which was especially important to me as a vulnerable client with significant anxiety.
Scott's work on my case was thorough, well prepared and resulted in a significant outcome, with the PPCS agreeing to refer my case back to the Board for a fresh review. I always felt that my concerns had been listened to and presented properly.
Stacey was outstanding. She was approachable, compassionate and exceptionally efficient, ensuring I always knew what was happening and taking the time to explain matters in a way that reduced unnecessary worry.
Unfortunately, I was unable to continue one aspect of my legal challenge because the Legal Aid Agency required a capital contribution that I simply could not afford. That was entirely outside Bhatia Best's control and in no way reflects on the quality of their work or commitment.
I would not hesitate to recommend Bhatia Best to anyone seeking professional, knowledgeable and compassionate legal representation. They treated me with dignity and respect throughout, and for that I remain extremely grateful.
View this review on GoogleHaving many Solicitors in the past, who soon become less attentive to my needs, after securing their legal aid funding, and certainly not working in my best interests. I was amazed to discover this firm, and fully delighted with the results and efforts, Mr Neil O'sullivan; he acted up and beyond my expectations, he has excellent communication skills, with both myself and conveying my case to the CPS and the court, furnishing both with clarity on the circumstances orbiting the fact.
I have never met a more attentive solicitor, who gave fantastic advice and direction in the best form of action to take.
I would highly recommend this solicitor and his firm for outstanding results, my gratitude is infinitely felt. Again, a big thank you. Paul Knight
View this review on GoogleIn a time sensitive matter, took almost 6 weeks to tell me there was nothing they could do. Very difficult in touch with over the phone (always seem to be in training or unavailable and I was told to “call back,””someone will call you later,” “try again tomorrow” etc). They take ages to reply to messages. It’s seemingly impossible to get an appointment with anyone face to face. They took instructions, took facts, and when requesting an update 4 weeks later took another week to tell me it hadn’t even been looked at yet and then a further week to tell me they didn’t think they could do anything to help. Looking back over the conversations, the only thing they appeared interested in was the funding. Wasted so much time that it will now be difficult to find someone else in the remaining time I have. I wish I had read the previous reviews before I enquired with them. The issues I have faced seem to be a recurring theme. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not even worth a 1 star review.
View this review on GoogleAs a member of the public, and through my association with someone who was a client of this firm, I would not recommend using this legal practice. In my experience, the firm does not appear to prioritise client care and has demonstrated a lack of dignity and respect towards both clients and members of the public.
The conduct of certain solicitors, along with aspects of the firm’s management, appeared unethical and lacking in compassion. There seemed to be a strong focus on fees and funding, with very little meaningful progress or results achieved in return.
Additionally, the lack of clear advice, advocacy, and support was concerning. It was particularly distressing to witness the client being placed under considerable duress during a family court hearing by her own acting legal representative.
View this review on GoogleI sought legal advice today on behalf of my brother. I spoke with Pras, who went above and beyond to help me, he was professional, empathetic and down to earth. I left the call feeling like the world had been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you so much!
