I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Raanan Berlad from Berlad Graham. Going through a divorce was one of the most difficult and complicated times in my life, and Raanan was there for me every step of the way - always available, supportive, and genuinely kind.
He truly listened, understood what mattered most to me, and fought for exactly the outcome I wanted. Beyond being an incredible lawyer, Raanan showed genuine care and compassion when I needed it most. Even now, long after everything was settled, he’s still there whenever I need advice or reassurance.

View this review on GoogleAwful service! Emma Jones completed our house sale for us and she was very rude and unprofessional. We moved in over two years ago and have only just received our Land Registry documents despite us contacting the company 27 times (yes 27!!!!) in the last year about this. Emma’s emails are very unprofessional, rude in tone and condescending. She is not the only one either. I would never use this company again.

We were told by Emma to not contact her again and she gave us the email of someone new - this is who we tried to email. I also said I tried to contact 27 times - not email. It was a mix of phoning up and emailing said email we had from Emma. Either way, your company did not help nor respond to us on any of these 27 occasions.
You also haven’t addressed her rudeness or the way she speaks to customers - probably as you know it’s true.

I didn't need to chase them like I did with previous solicitors and they definitely restored my trust and faith in dealing with the matter so efficiently. It couldn't have run any smoother.
They have been the easiest solicitors to deal with to date and I will be recommending them to friends and family in the future.

We worked with Claire Brownlie and were thoroughly impressed by her assistance throughout the entire home-buying process. As first-time buyers, we were unfamiliar with the procedures, but Claire guided us through each step and put us completely at ease.
Claire's exceptional patience and support were invaluable, and I would not hesitate to use her services again.
View this review on GoogleAbsolutely appalling experience. I approached this firm after they advertised themselves as specialists in the area I required assistance with. After an initial call where reception and clerks took detailed information, I was told someone would get back to me the next day. Two weeks passed with no contact.
When I followed up, I was told they had no record of my information and was asked to resend everything. I complied — only to receive a dismissive response from the firm's director, who chastised me for completing steps that his own clerks had advised. He then informed me that they in fact do not specialise in the area they claim to on their website.
Unprofessional, disrespectful, disorganised, and misleading. Save yourself time, stress, and frustration — go elsewhere!!
