I have just gotten off the phone to this business. I sent an enquiry to them via email on July 7th. It's now July 21st and I'd received no response whatsoever so I decided to ring them.
Girl on the phone told me "if you haven't heard anything back we wouldn't be able to assist". I said "you wouldn't be able to assist...?" I was confused by why they wouldn't have the curtesy to inform someone of this and apparently just expect any one who enquires to be psychic!
She said "that's right yes, if you haven't heard back from the firm"
I said "well that seems extremely poor. So you just ignore people?" Her response was "we wouldn't get back in contact with them, no". Pretty appalling for a solicitors firm to be honest. Takes nothing to send a quick email.
Suppose they're rated as 3.7 stars for a reason 🤷🏼♀️

Ignored 5 months of messages and then send me an arsey message on the same thread saying because I hadn't given them the proof they needed (even though they were informed I'm autistic and can barely leave the house) they're dumping me even though it was only month 4 of 12 to make a claim.
These people are the worst solicitors I've ever had the displeasure of not working with because they're lazy and don't want to help.
And yes I will go to the ombudsman as manipulating the disabled is disgusting. The lack of communication in general is disgusting. The reply on the thread after months of ignoring me is disgusting.
Don't trust these people when they lie to you that you can trust them. I trusted them and now i can't get representation as its its been too long. This company will not help you. You will only be left miserable. Suicidal and alone.

View this review on GoogleApparently i was to be phoned back within 24 hours. 10 days later and still waiting the company is pathetic just like the staff working in it complete morons! Avoid at all costs. There's a reason they have so many 1 star reviews, they're lucky the lowest you can give is 1 star. You might want to wake the moron up who answers your phone aswell, ive heard more life in the morgue and more intellegence in a nursery
