My court hearing took almost 3 years! Over them 3 years I have had 3 or 4 different solicitors as they would move on to other jobs. Each solicitor I have had, have been amazing at listening to me and taking my all of my thoughts and feelings into consideration when proceeding with next steps for my case! My case was incredibly sensitive due to dv, I was given time and compassion when having to discuss these matters. For each hearing, I also had different barristers but each of them were amazing and always contacted me prior to the hearing and represented me very well! I 100% would recommend this solicitors firm to anyone needing a solicitor. My last solicitor was Joss Littler and barrister Tabitha and after almost 3 years, they helped win my case on my behalf! Thank you to everyone that helped in my case!
View this review on GoogleMy case was looked after but an incredible lady, Jessica Aviss. She was always so kind and honest, supported me through the hardest experience of my life. She was training and qualified half way through my case, and sadly passed away.
Whilst the firm were going through this sad time themselves, I was handed over to another solicitor, Flora Hughes. She spent endless amounts of time and effort on my case, and assured we were to end with the best outcome. She was always very supportive and caring whilst her honesty was always appreciated.
I have no complaints about the effort of time and work the whole firm put into my case, I’m very relieved I chose to use their services.

Her extended team have clearly been carefully chosen to ensure that the same high level of professionalism and thoughtful client care are available whoever you speak to. I was in a lot of distress when I first met Jenny but I was hugely impressed, from the start by, her extraordinary insight, intelligence and expertise. By the end of the first meeting, I knew I was very fortunate to have been put in touch with Jenny and from that point on, she completely turned things around from me. All the way through what could have been a very traumatic process, I felt calm and reassured as it was clear that I was in safe hands. I have recommended Jenny to other acquaintances and I know that they have been equally impressed. I also owe a debt of thanks to Molly who worked on some aspects of my case and was always incredibly solid in her work and charming in her attitude. View this review on GoogleI contacted Jenny Beck at Beck Fitzgerald for an initial consultation, after receiving an application for a Child arrangements order. The case was complex involving a number of factors including a long history of domestic violence.
I was concerned that the contact arrangements requested were completely unsafe and would put my child at serious risk.
From the initial consultation with Jenny and Phoebe Gates, I had complete confidence in them. Phoebe managed my case diligently and went over and above to ensure, I understood the court process and was fully supported at each stage.
My case was particularly challenging with the need for Phoebe to compile an extensive list of evidence and the other party seeking to frustrate and delay proceedings wherever possible.
Jenny was able to use her knowledge and experience to match my case to the perfect barrister to present my case in court.
They were able to secure all the protective orders requested and secure the dismissal of the other parties application.
There is not doubt that the expertise of Jenny and Phoebe secured this outcome. I highly recommend them both.

I knew the moment I met her I was in safe hands. She is outstanding at the legal side and bang up to date with all developments in her business. She is warm, compassionate and relentless in her pursuit of a fair settlement. One only has to look at her central role in The Law Society’s Access to Justice Committee - fighting to improve accessibility for the most vulnerable people - to understand her character and tenacity. Above all, Jenny has a natural ability to illuminate the big picture throughout negotiations - which is genuinely reassuring in difficult times. How couples walk away from each other is so important in how you move into the next chapter and I have Jenny to thank for being so instrumental in that journey. Furthermore, her team are very responsive and fully on top of your case. Special mention to Alex Field who was fabulous. Beck Fitzgerald specialise in family law so you are not dealing with a big commercial law firm. In my experience, you will get the best level of service for a reasonable fee. I have also personally recommended Jenny to a friend who had the same experience.
