Batt Broadbent conveyanced both the sale and purchase of my mother's flat (from Yorkshire to Wiltshire) was handled with thoroughness and care.
Delays were caused by both the buyer's and the seller's solicitors, but Hugh was so flexible and eager to help us complete asap, so we would highly recommend Batt Broadbent.
