I enquired for a lease extension and she went out of her way to send emails to my council to find out further information for me before I had even instructed her. Due to Kim's friendly and extremely helpful nature, I was so happy to instruct her to deal with my lease extension. Kim responded in detail to my queries the same day and made the whole process smooth and seamless and my lease was extended under 2 months. Thanks so much Kim!
