I am not able to thank Jackie and her team enough for all their hard work throughout buying my first home. Being a first time buyer going through the process can be incredibly overwhelming but Jackie and her team made it feel so much easier with their professionalism, patience and excellent communication. She made sure nothing was left unanswered and made everything work as smoothly as possible. I felt genuinely cared for about achieving the best outcome and was always happy to explain anything I wasn’t sure about. Thanks to the dedication and support I finally have the keys to my first home and I am so grateful they made that happen. I would recommend Jackie and her team if you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and supportive solicitor. Thank you again to Jackie Emma, Marie, Kelly and Bethany.
View this review on GoogleAvoid if possible! We had a very simple purchase, chain of 2 and no complications at all. Managed to get the sale through but it was painful. Had to do a lot of chasing ourselves and could not count on them to remember anything. Generally a bit clueless when you ring them up, really rude while we've always been incredibly polite. Nearly delayed our purchase by two months when they forgot we had a LISA, despite them happily charging it on the invoice multiple times. Also incorrectly calculated the invoice several times. Generally frustrating, definitely overloaded with cases they should not have taken on without the right amount of staff to handle it all...
View this review on GoogleWe chose Bachelor Sharp for the sell of our house and purchase of a new house and we had Kieran help us through the process. Kieran and his team were absolutely fantastic throughout what was a very stressful process. Kieran was very friendly and professional. There was never any issue with communication and him and his team always went above and beyond to help us through. Unfortunately we had issues with our buyer but Kieran was always there to help and we appreciate him and the team for all their help as they were always on top of everything and nothing was ever too much. I would highly recommend Bachelor Sharp. Thank you Kieran and to your team for being the solicitors we needed to see this through.
View this review on GoogleWe recently sold and purchased a house using Batchelor Sharp. Kieran was really helpful, he sent through covering letters alongside legal paperwork to explain things layman's terms for us and was always happy to answer our questions.
We had a difficult chain and he was really helpful in providing advice on how to proceed and worked tirelessly to complete our sale/purchase.
Thank you so much Kieran!
View this review on GoogleI cannot praise Keiran Curtis and his team highly enough. In my case I had several problems which Keiran went above and beyond to sort out for me. His expertise has been invaluable and I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend to anyone if they want a job done efficiently
