Never once did we have to chase for any updates, and we were kept well informed throughout the whole process. Very reasonable fees too given the amount of work and effort which comes with a simultaneous sell and buy. Thanks all once again, will be sure to recommend.

Barcan & Kirby were always there to phone, email and generally pass things by as our sale and onward purchase progressed. I absolutely have to give huge thanks to the turnaround and professionalism they showed when our Developer forced a same-day exchange and completion upon us all at 5pm the day before. The honesty, the professionalism and the various lengths they went through to chase the process was absolutely flawless. Use these Solicitors if ever you are moving home and you will not regret it.
