They provided great communication and efficiency that meant despite issues lower down in the chain, we felt they were fighting for us at each stage. We never had to chase for action, they were always two stages ahead of us. We are based in London, but this proved to be NO issue at all. We have recommended them to friends of ours, who are equally impressed and satisfied by the service they've received.
