We had a particularly difficult purchase to negotiate, but Diana has been really responsive, and very committed to helping us make it happen. We had emails and conversations about how best to manage a very tricky vendor, and I appreciated the time she took to consider all of this with me. The case was also passed seamlessly to another solicitor while Diana was on leave, so that this didn't hold up the process at a critical time. Due to increasingly onerous buildings regulations on leasehold properties and liaising with a busy management agency the sale process was longer and more complex than expected. Diana consistently kept us informed and updated throughout the process.

Some were straightforward but some were not so. At times I also required exchange & completion within a very tight time frame, which Ashworths were always able to deliver on.
