I instructed this firm seeking legal advice in a serious housing dispute. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
Communication was very poor. My emails and phone calls often went unanswered, and I was left without clear guidance during important stages of the case.
I felt that my concerns and the documents I provided were not properly considered. Instead of receiving clear and proactive legal support, I was left confused about the strategy and the direction of the case.
As a result, the situation became significantly more difficult for me and my family.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this firm and I would advise others to carefully research and consider their options before instructing them.

I've spent weeks chasing Arkwright Solicitors by phone and email, only to be met with excuses and promises of callbacks that never happen. Every update seems to be "we haven't had time to review your case yet."
As a client, you shouldn't have to do all the chasing. I've wasted far too much time trying to get basic communication from a firm that is supposed to be helping me.
If you're looking for a solicitor who keeps you informed and responds to their clients, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
View this review on GoogleWhen you choose a solicitor you are doing so by putting your trust into that company I entered those people to help you when you're most vulnerable need at the most. I put my trust into ARKrights Solicitors but the reality is that was a massive mistake. They have now wasted four weeks of my time my time is precious I am a homeless at the moment more or less because of housing issues so while I'm busy living in a tiny room with severe disabilities the people that I've chosen to help me get my life sorted i just completely ignoring me. Call after call going into their office emailing them promises of callbacks that never come it's just ridiculous. I'm so frustrated and I have nothing good to say about the firm. I put a complaint in but they've ignored that as well so the next stage is to go to the Solicitors Regulation Authority.. Absolutely insane absolutely ridiculous that it's got this far but that's where we are right now.
Let's face it it takes a 30 seconds to email someone and they haven't even managed to do that they haven't decency to do even the most basic of things and there is their clients waiting around not knowing what's going on with their case..
Obviously I don't recommend the company so don't bother go somewhere else. Don't give your money especially hundreds of thousands of pounds to companies like this they don't care about you so move on go elsewhere.
