Richard was exception in his calm, knowledgeable, professional and unflappable manner. He was very thorough - for example, he would not be rushed to complete before Christmas to avoid errors by others. Richard and Julie answered replies in full & very quickly which has not been my experience in the past.
The completion day was particularly challenging due to a BankIT failure, but Richard remained calm and prepared a plan B system as we were. effectively homeless for a few hours on a Friday afternoon!
Yesterday, four months on, I contacted Richard with a query on the conveyancing process and he replied immediately
I was recommended to use Richard by a previous customer and I have no hesitation to do the same now

As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite daunting at times, but Michelle and Julie made everything feel straightforward and well managed from start to finish.
They were always friendly, approachable and professional, taking the time to clearly explain each stage of the process and answer any questions I had along the way. Their thoroughness, efficiency and attention to detail gave me real confidence throughout the purchase, and I always felt reassured that everything was progressing as it should.
