Our recent house sale and subsequent purchase were handled by Rachel Cook and her assistant Lindsey Dales. Communication was excellent throughout, and the conveyancing was thorough and efficient. Their fees were very reasonable, and I’d highly recommend them.

I recently worked with Appelby, Hope and Matthews to buy my new home, and I couldn't be happier with their excellent service.
David made the legal side of things easy to understand and handled everything with professionalism. They were quick to respond to my questions, keeping me informed every step of the way and his clear communication took away any stress.
David made sure everything ran smoothly and solved any issues promptly, making the whole process hassle-free.
I highly recommend Appleby, Hope and Matthews for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient solicitor. Thank you for making my home purchase a positive experience!
View this review on GoogleRecently phoned up for a price on a conveyancing matter and was given the response from one of their solicitors "Oh we have a stance on that, we just don't agree with it." I was then sneeringly told "You might find another solicitors willing to do it but not us".
I'd phoned five other solicitors who all happily gave me a price for the service. Most bizarre interaction I've ever had with a solicitor in my life.
