I cannot thank Anthony Luca Solicitors enough for their support through my Hague Convention case. They were professional, responsive, and very clear at every step, which made an overwhelming situation feel manageable. A special thank you to Anthony and Fiza for their compassion and steady guidance during the hardest time of my life. Thanks to their help and persistence, my daughters are now safely home. View this review on GoogleI am from the US. I was visiting my wife’s family in England when they decided to shut me out and retain my daughter. After trying family counseling, mediation, and being dragged through the mud, I finally decided to hire a solicitor and file a Hague Convention application. I called and spoke with multiple solicitors that deal with Hague cases and Anthony was the only one that seemed to genuinely care and understand the urgency required for my situation.
I arrived at his office with my sister and all of our luggage. Sasha and Anthony were very kind. Anthony is very knowledgeable and immediately put me at some ease with his very obvious experience.
I returned to the US and for 7 months worked with Ceylan Kahya of their firm. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and an absolute blessing to work with. Even when I know I was being difficult, Ceylan was always kind, caring, and collected. Ceylan also went above and beyond helping me with knowledge and guidance on some of the other court elements that I ended up dealing with that were not covered by my legal-aid (like a divorce petition that was wrongly filed). After fighting an unprecedented 4 fabricated defenses, we won unequivocally against all 4. I am eternally grateful to this firm and the amazing work that they do.

View this review on GoogleIn October of 2022 I was served with papers by my daughters dad in the US from the high court in London. It was a child abduction/Hague convention case. It absolutely devastated my family and myself. My little girl who had always lived with me and had been living with me,her step dad and sister in England for over two years with her dads consent, was now at risk of being removed from my care and being sent back to America to live with her dad who she has never lived with.
To say I was devastated is an understatement. I didn’t know where to start. I got in contact with Anthony and from the first email sent I was greeted with overwhelming support and direction. Anthony and his firm were on point from the very beginning. Throughly explaining things I didn’t understand, step by step what needed to be done, preparing me for all the hearings, endless phone calls and emails at all times of the day to finish statements or keeping me up to date. It wasn’t just a job he was in it with me pushing me when I thought it was a hopeless situation. In this situation my little girl, my pride and joy was on the line. He does his job with such compassion and understanding. If I needed him he was always quick to answer or and email was sent immediately to tell me he would get back to me ASAP. I was never left in the dark. When my world was literally falling apart in front of my eyes he held it together. I will be forever grateful for kindness, support, and knowledge Anthony and his firm gave to me and my family.
We ended the case with all the American proceedings that were being held against me reversed, a new practical visitation schedule put in place for my daughter and her dad, and best of all my daughter is officially habitually resident in the UK and she won’t be taken away from the loving family, home and school that she loves so much. I would 100% recommend Anthony and his team to anyone. In such a life altering situation I would want them by my side again and again.

This firm handled my son's visitation with his son and they were not only fantastic but they fought hard to make this happen. They put a lot of time and hard work into a case that was extremely difficult and strenuous. we live in America and we were not sure my son would get visitation since his son lives in London, Anthony fought long and hard and never backed away from a fight. I would definitely recommend this firm for any legal needs a person may have.
