I have had the pleasure of working with Andrew and Andrew for many years and I have always found them to be extremely professional, efficient and approachable.
From a sales progressors perspective, solicitors are often not keen to be chased by multiple parties, however they are always responsive to my queries, keeping me updated and work hard to resolve any issues that arise, also taking their time to explain processes.
I particularly appreciate their willingness to communicate with me in a clear way so I can pass across as much detail as possible. Their willingness to help me makes a real difference.

Despite being based in London, we never actually met the team in person, but that made no difference to the quality of service we received. Communication was clear, consistent, and professional throughout, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish.
What really stood out was how quickly they managed to get the deal finalised. The entire process was handled in a timely and well-organised manner, which made a potentially stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Their fees were also very reasonable for the level of service provided, offering great value for money.
A big thank you to Caroline, Carla, Oscar, Harvey, and Christopher, who all played a part in progressing our purchase. They did a fantastic job liaising with the seller’s solicitors and the estate agents, keeping everything aligned and moving forward.
We especially appreciated how they protected our interests at every stage. When the property searches came back, they took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured we were fully informed, making sure we were in the best possible position and outcome before proceeding.

One of the biggest stresses of selling or buying a house is waiting for updates and they always kept me up to date and answered my queries quickly. They also moved the process along as quickly as they could but left no stone unturned at the same time, I highly recommend them!
