Alison Hardy was recommended to me by friends and she absolutely delivered on my flat sale. She was incredibly fast to respond and consistently professional, even when I was very stressed due to delays caused by the buyer’s solicitor. Alison kept chasing them relentlessly and, thanks to her persistence, we managed to complete just in time before my absolute latest completion date. I couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend her.

Myself and my partner have just purchased our first home and we had no idea where to ggo for conveyancing (As I know many people who have had bad experience with other firms in conveyancing). Alison was recommended by a friend and its safe to say, Alison could not have done any more, any better for us. Alison seriously took away the stress, and made everything so clear for us to udnerstand and sorted out everything we wanted/needed and for such a fair price. I cannot thank her enough for all she has done for us and for being so attentive and responsive (Her email responses are so quick I lose track :D )... Seriously, if you are looking for a conveyancing solicitor, Alison is the one for you.

They handled everything related to probate and the administration of her estate with care, clarity and professionalism.
Shelagh and her secretary, Kelly, in particular, were outstanding. Kelly’s no-nonsense, proactive approach made a huge difference during a difficult and emotional time. She was efficient, clear, and brilliant at keeping things moving while ensuring we understood every stage. Shelagh’s steady guidance throughout gave us real peace of mind.
The service was fast, thorough and reasonably priced. We felt in very good hands from beginning to end. 100%, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you both so much x

Her team are great at what they do professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Always ahead of deadlines and only ever a phone call or email away. Nothing was too much trouble. No question left unanswered or box left un-ticked. Highly highly recommend. We will 100% be using them again.
