There were some complicated legal issues that they were doing a very good job on detecting the issues that buyer had to sort out before exchanging the contract. I have been living in this flat over 1.5 years since last Jan. There was no any issue occurred. Hence I highly recommend the services here 馃檪

My previous experiences with property conveyencing solicitors had not all been positive and this was a particularly complex purchase. Nicole Jacobs and the other staff we dealt with were prompt, efficient and gave us honest advice. They were our rocks in what sometimes felt like a sea of confusion and half-truth. When we finally got to the end of the process, the bill for their services was very reasonable and no more than the initial estimate. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to my friends.
