I had an excellent experience with Alisha at ASL. From the beginning to the completion of my purchase, she handled everything professionally and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.
Although there were a few occasions when I couldn’t reach her immediately by phone, she always ensured that everything was dealt with promptly and kept the process moving. Every question I had was answered, all the paperwork was handled efficiently, and she stayed on top of every stage of the transaction.
What impressed me most was how seamless and stress-free the entire process was. We completed sooner than I expected, and I truly believe that was down to Alisha’s organisation, dedication, and attention to detail. She was proactive, knowledgeable, and gave me confidence throughout the purchase.
It’s even more impressive to know that she was a trainee solicitor. She worked with such professionalism and commitment that I would never have guessed. She is a real credit to the firm.

Then I found Pauline Cadman... she was honestly a godsend.
From our very first call about my case she was absolutely brilliant. She was helpful, understanding and gave me so much advice. What really stood out to me was how genuinely caring she was. She never made me feel like I needed to spend money on things that weren’t necessary or gave me false hope just to keep going with false hope. She was honest with me from the beginning and I really appreciated that.
She was also extremely good at what she does and she helped me achieve a very positive outcome and I was genuinely so happy with the service I received and with the care and attention she gave to my case.
I don’t just think Pauline is the best solicitor I’ve worked with. She is genuinely one of the best people I’ve ever met. She is kind, honest, genuine and really cares.
I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough.
