Absolutely trash behaviour. How are lawyers working like this? My accident happened 3 years ago, they still hadn't resolved the claim. I kept chasing, they didn't respond. Then all of a sudden they decide to pull their finger out thwir ass and start hounding me for a response. When I didn't respond in the time frame they wanted, they closed the case and are now trying to bill me for their hours! Completely avoid, do not use!

I’ve been dealing with a claim for over 2½ years and have repeatedly been passed around, left waiting months for responses and, on several occasions, asked for the same documents again despite previously being told they had been received.
The delays, communication and attitude from some staff have been incredibly frustrating. After 2½ years, I’m still dealing with the same issues.
By far one of the most disappointing customer-service experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering using them to do their research first.

For months I’ve been trying to speak to my case handler, Adrian. Every call is the same — “he’s busy” yet somehow never available, and never returns a single message. I’ve left multiple requests for a call back and received absolutely nothing. It honestly feels like your case just gets parked and forgotten about.
If this is what “professional legal support” looks like, I’d hate to see unprofessional. You end up doing all the chasing, with no updates, no accountability, and no sense that anything is actually progressing.
If you’re with Admiral insurance, just be prepared if you ever need a solicitor, this is likely what you’ll be dealing with.
Overall, a complete waste of time and a very disappointing service.

YOU HAVE A CHOICE, ADMIRAL WON’T TELL YOU THIS.
I have been involved in quite a serious non fault accident, throughout the claim they have been fundamentally unsupportive. My messages on the portal have been continually ignored, I always have to chase them for information. Depending on who you speak to they will provide contradictory information and refuse to answer certain questions especially when asking about diminished value of my car as it has had quite extensive cosmetic repairs in total the repairs cost around 10k. All the case handlers are from India, difficult to understand due to their accents at times and none of them are qualified in UK law. I made multiple request to discuss this with a lawyer but completely refused to facilitate this, I have been refused to speak to anyone from the complaints department or a manger personally. When they finally logged with my complaint after multiple requests, their response did not properly address the issues I had raised. In particular, they did not address my concerns about financial losses, including inconsistent advice I was given and whether certain losses could be recovered. Instead, they focused on matters such as injury valuation and dismissed other aspects of my complaint. Overall, I do not feel my concerns were properly investigated or answered

While Admiral Insurance have been generally good my experience with Admiral Law has been so awful I think I would rather go through 5 more car crashes than ever have to deal with such a useless and incompetent company ever again. It has been 5 (!) years since my accident and I still am waiting for my payout. It was uncovered that the company “lost” offers and emails from the third party delaying my claims for months, requiring me to chase dozens of times over the years, basically doing their job for them. I have gone through probably upwards of 15 claims handlers who are all equally incompetent and even during in an internal complaints procedure, Admiral agreed to pay me compensation (nowhere near enough) because they admitted on multiple occasions that they hadn’t done their job properly, breaking false promises. I disclosed the accident was a hit and run by a driver who gave a false identity, Admiral failed to appoint accident investigators or review CCTV evidence leading to jt being declared unfairly a 50/50 fault claim. Next, Admiral nearly left my case to be thrown out by the court because for a year, they failed to respond to the statute of limitations expiring before frantically calling and emailing me the DAY BEFORE it was due to expire! COULD NOT EVEN MAKE THIS UP. How this company continues to operate is absolutely beyond me. They represent all that’s wrong with the law industry.
