Having worked with many conveyancing companies over the years in my personal and professional life, I can honestly say the service from Adelie Pepperdine has been the best I’ve experienced. Chloe was thorough, efficient, and consistently professional, while also being approachable and easy to deal with. I won’t be using anyone else going forward and will be recommending them to all of my clients and friends.
View this review on GoogleThe Head of Residential Conveyancing in Adie Pepperdine conveyed our house to buyers, today. We have no personal connections in this firm so the following is based solely on our experience of the work done for us. From the outset, the work was organised, detailed and thorough. We seemed to be ahead of the buyers’ conveyancer throughout the transaction. We could explain concerns to her and advised how to address those concerns openly with the buyers. When we overlooked some points, it was no trouble to address the points later with the buyers’ solicitor. Our solicitor had authority and was patient and unruffled by delays. In short, we were in the hands of an expert.
View this review on GoogleWe are having to deal with Adie Pepperdine for the purchase of a house and both the conveyancer for our case and the probate team are performing far below standard. Because they haven’t done their jobs correctly we will likely be homeless for Christmas so as not to lose the sale of our house. Not to mention the lies they feed us week in week out, on information we know is not attainable.
Perhaps Adie Pepperdine hope they’ll get by on their longstanding good reputation within Lincoln but I can confirm it’s starting to slip. Incredibly disappointed, would not recommend.

It has been on and off the market over the years, and he has been been professional patient and caring in the whole process.
It’s not been the easiest of sales, but Micheal has helped us every step of the way.
In fact, we would never use anyone else , they are the best of the best.
