  I am very grateful for recent work done by Ellie at Adcocks to produce my new Will & arrange for a Notice of Severance to be sent to the Land Registry. Ellie is very professional, efficient & friendly. She listened to our queries & gave good advice. Communications by email were excellent, costs were clear & we are pleased with the service provided.   Having previously contacted 7 solicitors asking for help ( and being told a definite no by them all) with several leases that were now owned by the Crown due to a dubious previous owner , Linda Ball at Adcocks said ‘yes’ to my request and was willing to provide some much needed help

  It has taken 2 years to reach the point of where we are buying back the leases from the Crown and new 999 year leases are being issued but we got there all due to Linda’s hard work and dedication. I would have unsaleable properties without her help and will be forever grateful for her professionalism, her legal knowledge and dedication to helping solve the terrible situation I found myself in

  I would recommend Linda to anyone who is wanting a professional who is willing to take on the most difficult cases

  Adcocks dealt with the purchase of my property and the legal dispute I had with the management company afterwards.

  As a family-run firm Adcocks always had acted with the best interest of their clients. They go above and beyond what a normal law firm goes and really integrate you with the procedures that comes with the disputes focusing on your needs and your expectations.

  They have a wonderful and lovely team who you could tell are also part of the Adcocks family. They are well engaged and focused on their goals and never felt like I was bothering them with my countless calls to them; even the directors would get involved in assisting with smaller cases like mine and take out of their time which shows how much they truly care.

  They promptly resolved my dispute and I will surely use them again.
