We cannot recommend Mr David Nezri and the team at Abrahams Dresden LLP highly enough.
Our journey with David began in July 2024 and lasted more than two years. It was not an easy journey. Before successfully acquiring our current dental practice, we were involved in another proposed practice purchase which unfortunately did not proceed to completion and resulted in a very difficult and stressful experience for us, both professionally and financially.
During that particularly challenging time, David’s knowledge, experience, attention to detail and professional judgement were invaluable. He carefully guided us through the situation, clearly explained the risks and, most importantly, helped protect our interests from what could potentially have become a much more serious and costly situation. We will always be extremely grateful for his support during that period.
David then helped us learn from that experience and gave us the confidence to move forward with our next acquisition. When we found the dental practice that we have now successfully acquired, he was there with us from A to Z — through due diligence, negotiations, legal documentation, unexpected issues and all the way through to successful completion.
What impressed us most about David was not only his extensive knowledge of dental practice acquisitions, but also his genuinely client-focused approach. We never felt that we were simply another transaction or another file.
