It was not straight forward as there were issues with Land Registry which delayed the process but A2 solicitors (Paul & Samuel) dealt with every issue and kept me informed every step of the way. They replied to my queries promptly and explained the process thoroughly. The final bill was a lot lower than I thought it would be considering the complications.
