Great service and and over all outcome using this firm.
Was more than happy I used them and wouldn't think twice about doing so again.
All round professional great service, low cost, exceptional company....
View this review on GoogleIan was absolutely brilliant. Two of my sons got into trouble and Ian represented them both. He kept us all updated and explained all the legal aspects perfectly in an easy to understand manner. He remained completely professional throughout and has a considerate, non judgmental nature towards his clients. I highly recommend Ian Anderson to anyone who has the misfortune of needing a criminal solicitor. I can’t thank you enough Ian without you we would not have achieved the outcome we did.
View this review on GoogleBal, acting solicitor and director, dropped me as a client a month before my pretrial hearing after receiving criticism of his work - of which there was minimal.
Avoid at all cost, does not care for duty cases and does not care for the vulnerable.
View this review on GoogleI do not usually leave reviews; however, after sharing my experience with this firm on TikTok, I came to realise that what I experienced was not a microaggression, but overt aggression.
Last year, while walking past this law firm, I decided to enquire about potential internship or volunteer opportunities. At the time, I was a college student and required part-time voluntary work as part of my course. As I approached the entrance, before I had even fully stepped through the door, a man seated at the front desk, facing the entrance, abruptly stated, “We don’t do visa applications.”
I would not normally raise concerns of discrimination lightly; however, I genuinely believe that had I been white, I would not have been addressed in such a dismissive and presumptive manner before even having the opportunity to explain the purpose of my visit.
Although I initially tried to brush off the incident, the treatment left a lasting impression. Making assumptions about someone’s immigration status before asking any questions or understanding why they are visiting is entirely inappropriate. This behaviour is unacceptable in any professional setting ,particularly within a law firm, where fairness, respect, and impartiality should be fundamental values.
