How Do I Upgrade / Add More Offices For My Firm?

This can be done via your login area. You can upgrade your plan to include more featured listings & basic listings for your firm.

How Do I Downgrade / Remove Offices For My Firm?

This can be done via your login area. You can request to remove listings via the support tab within your login area. You can also downgrade your plan if you wish to have less listings for your firm.

What Card Payments Are Accepted?

Debit and credit cards are accepted using Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Payments are processed on Stripe’s PCI-DSS Compliant Servers so that card details are not stored on our own servers so as to make the card payments as secure as possible using their payment processing servers.

Can I Cancel When I Want To?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription via your login area at anytime. As long as you cancel before your billing date you will also not be billed for the following month.

How Do I Get A Login Area / Account?

These are created when you place your first order for one of the plans available on the website.

Can I Add My Business If We Are Not A Law Firm?

No, listings are only available to UK law firms / solicitors.

Can We Add A Listing For Our Office Outside Of The UK?

No, only UK addresses will be accepted. These also need to be real addresses for real offices that people can go to. Mailing addresses will not be accepted.

Can I Use A Mailing Address?

No, listings are only provided for actual offices that people can go to. Mailing addresses will be removed from the site. Your firm should also be listed on the SRA website with the correct address.
